Job Title: Helper, Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Helper, Plumber to join our team at ARGY Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our plumbers and heating technicians with various tasks, including loading and unloading construction materials, instructing apprentices, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Instructing apprentices
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Helping tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Repairing domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Willing to relocate
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Flexibility, reliability, and team player skills
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work involves repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and working in a team environment. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.
