Job Description

Go2STAFFING is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the company's financial health and manage accounting and administrative functions. This role is responsible for ensuring proper accounting practices are followed, budgets and forecasts are in place, and costs are effectively tracked and managed for profitability. The ideal candidate will ensure strong financial leadership and accountability for the team, handle daily accounting functions, and manage office administration tasks and staff.

This individual will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing sound business recommendations to support the company's growth objectives, and staying current with accounting standards and tax regulations. Additionally, they will oversee daily business operations, improving processes and procedures, and support audits and financial reporting.

RequirementsRequirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing employees in a senior role.
  • 10 years of experience in a senior accounting and finance position.
  • CPA designation required; CMA is an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strategic business planning skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
