Ruscan Doors Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a precision fabrication specialist role. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for computing dimensions and tolerances of machine parts, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and setting up and adjusting production machineries/tools.
Key Responsibilities- Dimensional Control: Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Engineering Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
- Machinery Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust production machineries/tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Component Assembly and Inspection: Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, and maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
- Maintenance and Calibration: Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances, and verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
