Retail Store Manager

At Ultramar, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to improve their skills and performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to drive sales and improve store appearance.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
