Sales Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts in the agriculture and construction industries. They will work closely with our Branch Manager to create a sales plan for the region and develop strong relationships with customers to understand their specific needs and present solutions from our product lineup.
This role involves entering leads and opportunities into our CRM system, following up with customers, and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the quality and capability of our products. The individual must also attend sales training from the manufacturer or in-house clinics on new products.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities in the agriculture and construction industries.
- Managing existing accounts and developing strong relationships with customers.
- Creating a sales plan for the region in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
- Presenting solutions from our product lineup to meet customer needs.
- Entering leads and opportunities into our CRM system.
- Following up with customers and conducting product demonstrations.
