Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales floor maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer demand.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to support staff growth and development.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems and electronic mail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on efficiency, client service, and judgment.
