About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to join our team at YMM Barber shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective shop operations.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of barbers and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Business Development
    • Plan and control budgets and inventory to ensure the shop's financial stability and growth.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
