About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) specialized in ICU care to join our team working in hospitals across the Greater Toronto Area.

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will provide care according to the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Standards of Practice of Bayshore HealthCare Ltd., and the healthcare facility where assigned. This role requires helping foster an environment of optimal physical, social, and emotional well-being for patients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Baccalaureate Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Minimum of 1,500 hours of experience in an intensive care setting within the past two years.
  • Proof of competency in intensive care unit skills.
  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Current N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate.
  • Proof of current immunization for measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (MMRV), tetanus, pertussis, polio, hepatitis B.
  • Proof of negative TB skin test within the past one year or negative chest x-ray within the past five years.
  • Willing to undergo Vulnerable Sector Police Check as a condition of hire.
