At Southbridge Care Homes, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to provide direct personal and nursing care to our residents. As a Personal Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to meet the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Support your colleagues in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Requirements:

  • PSW Program Certificate or Diploma that meets the appropriate standards.
  • Passion and commitment to providing quality care to our residents.
  • Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
