Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our entertainment venues. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants and venues, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operations of the venue, including sales, staffing, and budgeting.
  • Lead a team of department managers and employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants and venues.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and corporate partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of restaurant industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
