We are looking for a Pediatric Nutrition Care Manager to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing the nutritional care of premature and low birth weight infants, including assessing their nutritional needs, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and monitoring patient progress.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nutrition, with advanced knowledge of enteral and parenteral nutrition. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to identify populations at risk for nutritional sequelae and develop targeted interventions.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, monitoring patient outcomes, and participating in quality assurance programs. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of educational materials and resources for healthcare professionals.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment. A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field is required, along with registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
