Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in providing critical support for the Finance Business Partner team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis and insights across various departments, ensuring alignment with expectations and supporting strategic decision-making at both departmental and Fund levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide expert analysis on financial performance, cost structures, and exposures, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fit-for-purpose reporting, analytics, and insights, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Analyze large datasets, leveraging advanced tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI to extract valuable insights and trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial analysis within financial services or consulting.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional designations (CFA, CPA, CIPM) considered assets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Power BI, with ability to develop complex financial models and reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience building compelling presentation decks in MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
