Cabinetmaker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at S&A Crafts. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom cabinets and millwork for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build custom cabinets and millwork using various materials and techniques.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to create detailed plans and specifications.
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in cabinetmaking or a related field.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Work Environment:

Our custom cabinet shop is a non-smoking environment, and we require our employees to maintain a clean and safe work area.
