About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Field Advisor – HVAC to join our team at Enercare Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the technical skills and performance of our field staff.
You will work closely with our technical trainers, quality assurance team, and operational line management to identify training needs and develop solutions to improve overall performance. Your expertise in Statutory Regulations, Codes of Practice, and Procedures will be invaluable in ensuring our staff operate safely and efficiently.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication and coaching skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and performance
- Partner with technical trainers, quality assurance, and operational line management to identify training needs
- Develop and promote best practices for the field
- Audit field service and install work
- Act as a mentor for apprentices
