Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist to join our team at Generation Fertility Waterloo.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive reproductive care to patients, including initial consultations, diagnostic testing, and personalized treatment plans. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with advancements in reproductive medicine and apply this knowledge to clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete initial consultations and assessments with patients referred to the clinic.
  • Prescribe appropriate in-house testing to determine potential causes of infertility.
  • Diagnose causes of infertility and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Complete medical and surgical ART procedures in onsite operating facilities.
  • Practice medicine in accordance with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, Health Canada, and the Canadian Fertility & Andrology Society.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements and technologies in reproductive medicine and apply to clinical practice.
  • Comply with all applicable regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the province of Ontario.
  • Fellowship in reproductive endocrinology or similar post-graduate training.
  • Medical and surgical experience in all areas of reproductive medicine and ART.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Focus on patient care and safety, quality improvement.
