Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks related to the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and assisting in demolition work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and equipment
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction laborer or related field preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and work at heights
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
