Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Commissioner to join our team. As a Commissioner, you'll be responsible for meeting with lenders and customers, witnessing and certifying the validity of signatures on mortgage and legal documents, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with lenders and customers at their branch
  • Witness and certify the validity of signatures on mortgage and legal documents
  • Ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Reliable email and cell phone access
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, available days, evenings, and weekends
