Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Representative to join our team. As a Financial Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Superior Customer Sales Experiences
    • Welcome and engage customers in person, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
  • Demonstrate Compassion and Empathy
    • Understand customers' situations and needs, matching them to suitable financial products.
  • Manage Collections Activities
    • Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments.
    • Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
  • Secure Required Information
    • Collect all necessary information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
