Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Igloo Transport. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Valid passport
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willing to travel cross-border
  • Willing to travel for extended periods
Working Conditions:
  • Physically demanding
  • Overtime required
  • Attention to detail
