We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at beBee Professionals in Fort Erie. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, adhering to our high-quality standards.
• Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts to showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our team.
• Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed to ensure we have the necessary ingredients to meet our production demands.

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, with a proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations, with a strong understanding of how to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
• Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as required, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
