We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at RhynoCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
- Ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.
- Manage the supply, control, and safekeeping of drugs and narcotics.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to our residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Long Term Care Act and the Health Disciplines Act.
- Medical Clearance, including TB tests, and a Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
