Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Ensure that the store is maintained in a safe and healthy condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
