Marketing Coordinator Opportunity at Iredale Architecture

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Iredale Architecture. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with our firm's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand and project successes.
  • Create, design, and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposal materials.
  • Manage our digital presence, including website content and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure branding consistency across all visual and written materials.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain and update our CRM database and project portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.
  • Proficient typing speed and proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
