Pharmacy Staff Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Staff to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, prepare, and deliver prescriptions accurately and timely
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs
  • Counsel patients with appropriate documentation
  • Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely
  • Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy
  • Provide ongoing training for new and existing Pharmacy colleagues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
  • Class A Pharmacist license
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems
