Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Quesada Burritos & Tacos, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
