Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at IT Resource Hunter. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of a large-scale Ads system, responsible for relevance model and strategy optimization, and participate in the development and iteration of Ads algorithms using Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize Ads algorithms using Machine Learning techniques, including semantic matching models, active learning, and ranking strategy.
  • Work on NLP capability improvement and query understanding, including query classification, seq2seq, and knowledge graph.
  • Research and develop Ads pacing algorithms and ads traffic control.
  • Collaborate with product managers and product strategy & operation team to define product strategy and features.
Requirements:
  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, including Go, C/C++, and Python.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, ranking systems, and recommendation systems.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in and a good understanding of one of the following domains: Search, Ads, Recommendation, Monetization Products, Shopping Products.
