Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor to join our team at Jiya Trucking Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production and other reports, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure accurate budgeting and planning

Requirements

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
