Job Title: AZ Flatbed Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced AZ flatbed driver to join our team at Canada Cartage. As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for delivering various materials to customer locations in Scarborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start and finish at customer locations in Ancaster
  • Delivering various materials with a flatbed truck
  • Strapping of loads, some hand bombing is required for delivery
  • Constant communication with the customer
  • Operating Moffett (on-site paid training provided)

Requirements:

  • Valid AZ License with no more than 3 demerit points
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Minimum 6 months AZ, 2-3 months flatbed experience is preferred but not a requirement
  • Recent CVOR and Abstract and a criminal record search
  • Follow company rules and regulations with respect to safety and hours of service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of load securement regulations
