Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Jacco Tours Inc. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on travel-related matters, including destination selection, itinerary planning, and travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Planning: Develop and implement customized travel itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences, budget, and travel style.
  • Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded.
  • Travel Documentation: Assist clients with travel documentation, including visa applications, travel insurance, and health certificates.
  • Travel Operations: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences for clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a consulting or sales role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in travel software packages, including Amadeus, and MS Office.
