Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at ABLE IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, maintaining databases, and performing general office duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Classify, label, and store data in a secure and organized manner
  • Transfer data between software systems and ensure data preservation
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
