M&H Transport Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of goods across the country.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, while maintaining accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption. Additionally, they will oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, and perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is essential for this position.
  • Prior experience as a long-haul truck driver is an asset.
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and other communication equipment is required.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, handling heavy loads, sitting for extended periods, and repetitive tasks. A valid passport, criminal record check, and driver's validity license check are also mandatory.
