AI and Machine Learning Developer

Weebleworld is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI and Machine Learning Developer to join our team. As an AI and Machine Learning Developer, you will be responsible for working on projects that involve developing and implementing AI and machine learning models to support key decision-making with AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in team planning sessions and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest AI and machine learning trends and technologies.
  • Understand the overall data scope and structure to identify success metrics for models and projects.
  • Pre-process data for analysis and model development to identify trends, insights, and key features for ML solutions.
  • Develop models based on available data and problem sets to create proof of concept models for viable use cases.
  • Suggest and explore novel solutions and recommend model integration to improve AI and machine learning capabilities.
  • Communicate and present work to Weebleworld and Public Sector Partners to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Gain familiarity with data processing tools and AI/ML algorithms to stay current with industry developments.
  • Engage in independent research and connect with cohort for domain knowledge to expand expertise and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program at a specified university.
  • General knowledge and experience with Python and data science libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, and matplotlib.
  • Understanding of Machine Learning and software development concepts.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week during the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
