We specialize in providing home-based Early Intervention services to children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age. Our multi-disciplinary programs offer occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as child development services.

Job Responsibilities:

]

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and create personalized plans to address them.
- Provide speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model to support families in developing strategies for their child's growth and progress.
- Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Deliver services in a family-centered approach, building caregivers' confidence and skills to ensure progress is generalized across settings.
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families, adhering to HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Requirements:

- Current California Speech Language Pathology license.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in Early Intervention settings.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Bilingualism in Spanish is an asset.
