• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure
• Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models
• Design and develop databases to meet business needs
• Operate database management systems to analyze data and provide insights
• Liaise with staff on data requirements, collection, and availability

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2 years of experience in database administration or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Experience with data warehouse, DBase Plus, JavaOS, MS SQL Server, and other database software
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
