- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience of 5+ years in a senior finance role, preferably in the wind energy industry or a related sector.
- Skills: Extensive knowledge of financial management principles, project accounting, accounting practices, and taxation in Canada. Familiarity with international accounting standards, specifically IFRS. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with international teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
