Job Title: Delivery Services Associate
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Services Associate to join our team at TDS (Total Delivery Solution) Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering items to various locations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of your activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver items to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including vehicle mileage and fuel costs
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Follow directions and use maps to navigate to delivery locations
Requirements:
- Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
- Ability to lift and handle heavy loads (more than 45 kg/100 lbs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
