Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Les Marronniers, a private residence for seniors in Lévis. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in daily and administrative tasks, ensuring the quality of services and cleanliness of the premises, and maintaining good relations with residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in daily and administrative tasks
  • Ensure communication and circulation of information throughout the residence
  • Ensure compliance with norms and standards
  • Good command of payroll platforms (employer D)
  • Hire, train, and evaluate employees under your responsibility
  • Maintain good relations with residents
  • Note resident requests and follow up
  • Participate in the development of company objectives, priorities, and action plans
  • Produce required reports
  • Provide customer service
  • Receive potential customers
  • Respect and track expenses
  • Support the OHS component
  • Support the General Manager in his duties
Requirements:
  • A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
  • A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
  • Undergraduate university education in administration or any combination of equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the desirable environment
