Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Industrial to join our team at Nova Millwrights Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install mechanical equipment, including conveyor systems and hydraulic systems.
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in industrial equipment and machinery.
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts, including electrical and electronic controls.
  • Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up, using lathes and other machining tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including lubrication and cleaning.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, including forklifts and cranes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification.
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement.
  • Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with automated and robotic systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic controls.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and industrial engines.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
