Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Hong Mei SONG. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy living space.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, helping our clients feel connected and valued.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and confidence.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
