About the Role:

SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Casual Occupational Therapist. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in various settings, including acute/rehab and community-based rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and technology.
