About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on vineyard operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop maintenance, harvesting, and equipment operation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the vineyard, including pruning, weeding, and irrigation systems.
  • Operate farming equipment, such as tractors and harvesters, safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload supplies and produce, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including hours worked and tasks completed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in agriculture or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
