Job Description

As an Operations Manager at Fraserway RV, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Four Seasons RV Rentals location. This includes managing the local rental fleet, performing administrative duties, and supervising a team of employees. You will also be responsible for implementing standard training programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing written and verbal reports to the National Manager, Rentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage local rental fleet and rental supplies
  • Perform and oversee various tasks within the Rentals Location, such as front-office activities, preparation of rental units, housekeeping, general upkeep of the rental fleet (maintenance, repairs, and service), Customer Service etc.
  • Conduct administrative duties as required, such as reporting and following up on outstanding tasks
  • Plan, assign and direct rentals employees and schedule/delegate client transfers and shuttle bus drivers
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field, such as tourism and hospitality, business administration. You should also have at least 5 years' experience running a business unit and leading and developing a team, with a proven track record of operational management experience and excellent customer service skills.

Work Conditions

This role requires interacting with employees, management, and the public at large. Overtime may be required, and working evenings and weekends during busy season.
