Sales and Marketing Director

Goderich Sunset Golf Club is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
- Product Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and launch new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute various events, such as product launches, promotions, and trade shows, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including advertising, social media, and content marketing.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on marketing and sales strategies to help them achieve their business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions:
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
