Luxury Sales Consultant

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reserving luxurious brands and having authentic conversations with guests. You will share your expertise and knowledge of our iconic properties, such as the Fairmont Banff Springs and Sofitel Montréal.

  • Taking inbound calls in an unscripted environment and making reservations for historic castles and luxurious resorts.
  • Helping guests select the right room and package by turning moments into memories.
  • Working as a Heartist, where everything we do comes from the heart, and you are free to be creative when talking with guests.

  • An additional shift premium of $1.00 for hours worked after midnight.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

  • Professional-level fluency in both French and English.
  • Education and/or experience in hospitality, tourism, sales, and customer service.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously while conversing with guests.

Location and Availability Requirements:

  • We are recruiting specifically for our evening shift, which is from 5:30pm to 2:00am, and includes some weekends and holidays.
  • This is a full-time permanent career position, and we do not hire for part-time or temporary positions.
  • Must be currently legally entitled to work full-time in Canada.
  • Must be located in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island, Canada.
  • Must be able to commit to 4 weeks on-site in our contact centre in Moncton for initial training/onboarding.
  • Qualified candidates are provided with accommodations and travel expenses.
  • For remote positions, a suitable high-speed internet connection is required, and a suitable home workspace.
