Job Title: Network Infrastructure SpecialistEstimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Network Infrastructure Specialist is to design, implement, and maintain computer networks. This involves giving access to computer networks, reporting on the performance of computer systems and networks, and responding to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, ensuring high levels of efficiency and security.
  • Give access to computer networks for authorized personnel.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Supervise and train junior technical support workers in this group.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Network Infrastructure Specialist at Synergy Systems, you will need:

  • A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in network infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and software applications.
