Job Summary

The Software Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing software testing plans, executing and documenting test results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document software testing plans and procedures
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and implement software and information system testing policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Work Setting

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
