The Role:

As a Senior Engineer I supporting Release Management on the GEC Technology Team, you will own the release calendar for the contact center technical team and lead all technical steps related to Salesforce Service Cloud releases.

You will have extensive experience with GitLab, Salesforce Service Cloud, Copado, Jenkins, and other CICD tools. You will own and manage the entire CICD pipeline for a technology team and lead the release calendar for other project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning, creating, and leading the Technology Release Calendar
  • Executing on Salesforce releases
  • Maintaining, updating, and improving CICD pipelines
  • Promoting changes through multiple different environments
  • Partnering with developers to resolve merge conflicts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other related field or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong experience in Contact Center technologies (Salesforce service cloud a huge plus)
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and deployment processes
  • Experience using DevOps tools such as GitLab, Copado, Jenkins
