Couple Building Manager Vacancy

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking an experienced couple to fill the position of Building Resident Manager at one of our properties in Kingston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily life safety system checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect boiler and electrical rooms, and manage inventory levels.
  • Monitor parking levels and exterior grounds, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Clean and maintain elevators, lobbies, and other common areas.
  • Complete snow logs during winter months and ensure timely garbage collection.
Requirements and Benefits
  • Experience working in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
