  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our customers have a positive experience at Sunset Grill.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
