Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at Alpha Living DIY Homes Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and warehouse departments, ensuring seamless operations and optimal budget management.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Sourcing: Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments, coordinating activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, plan and control budget and expenditures, and oversee the analysis of data and information to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve exceptional performance and results.
- Contract Management: Review and process claims against suppliers, manage contracts, and authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of reports and advise senior management on key findings and recommendations.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- 35 hours per week
- English language proficiency
